Data Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:

Vladimir Mitrovic, Terra Wohnpark 5, 78052 Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany. Phone: +49 7721 4041986. Email: [email protected].

Hosting and Server Logs

This is a static website, hosted on our own server (VPS) and delivered through the Cloudflare content-delivery network. When you access the site, the server and Cloudflare process technically necessary connection data (including IP address, date and time of access, the resource requested, volume of data transferred, referrer, and browser/operating-system identifiers).

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may act as a processor; any transfer to third countries is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Subscription Form

If you use the subscription form, we process the email address you provide (and optionally your name and role) to keep you informed about Azra. The data is stored in a database (Google Firebase/Firestore).

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time with future effect, for example by an informal message to [email protected]. The data is deleted once its purpose no longer applies or you withdraw consent.

Local Storage (Display Preference)

This website sets no tracking or marketing cookies. Your display preference (light/dark mode) is stored solely in your browser’s local storage. This storage is strictly necessary for the feature you requested and therefore requires no consent. The information never leaves your browser.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and the right to object (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time.

To exercise your rights, a message to [email protected] is sufficient. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.
